Voter Lists

Voter lists are made available to Candidates upon request and there may be a charge. Lists and registration records may be used only:

• To request a registrant's vote at an election
• For a genuine political purpose
• For bona fide political research
• For a bona fide official purpose by an elected official

Poll Watching

Candidates, political parties and organizations, and groups representing a side on a ballot issue may designate someone to be a poll watcher on Election Day. Poll watchers are allowed to observe the election process and challenge voters whom they believe are not qualified to vote.
