No, an employer must obtain an employee’s written consent via a Paycheck Mailing Authorization Form before a paycheck is sent via the mail. Paystubs may be mailed without written consent.

How do I add or remove someone from my deed?
To add or remove someone from your deed following a marriage, divorce, death, etc., we recommend contacting an attorney or abstract/title search company to have the proper documentation drawn up and recorded. The Auditor’s office can no longer prepare a quit claim deed ourselves.
How do I get an abstract for my property?
Contact an abstract/title search company to have one prepared.
How do I split or combine parcels of land?
A split or combination of lots or parcels of land must be approved by the necessary planning department. If you live in the county (outside of any city limit) you should start the process with the county planning department. If you live inside a city’s boundaries, contact your city’s planning department to sign off first.
Is there something I can provide a vendor to give them our contact information, and ask them to send me with their contact information?
What does it mean if a vendor is on hold or inactive in Tyler?
A vendor cannot be paid while they are on hold or inactive. They may be on hold or inactive for various reasons, and normally a new W-9 is required before they are made active again. Please contact Accounts Payable to find out more on the specific vendor needed.
What if I lost a receipt for my credit card statement or a receipt that I need reimbursement for?
We have a Receipt Affidavit that can be completed and signed to take the place of a lost or non- itemized receipt.
Where can I find an Employee Agreement for Credit Cards?
The Employee Agreement for Credit Cards can be found in the Employee Handbook and also on the intranet under the Auditor’s Accounts Payable page. This form needs to be completed once a year by anyone who holds or uses a county credit card.
Where can I find information on EFT payments for vendors and employee reimbursements?
The forms for EFT (direct deposit) for vendor or employee reimbursements are located on the intranet under the Auditor’s Accounts Payable page. Accounts Payable does not have access to Payroll records and cannot use Payroll information for your reimbursements. A separate form needs completed for Accounts Payable use. Changes in banking information also need to be reported separately to Accounts Payable, as we do not have access or know when Payroll changes are made.
