Consider us a print shop. . .

We have a large format printer, scanner, and laminator.  We can scan or copy original documents for posterity.  We can print (and export) maps for your offices, meetings, events or brochures.  The printer/scanner can produce color & bw.  It can print up to 36 inches wide.

Map Prints and Copies *

  • 8.5×11 or 11×17 = $0
  • Plat/Mylar Copies = $5/ea (regardless of number of pages)
  • Plotter prints greater than 11×17 =$10/ea
  • Jumbo prints (44×60 or larger, banners/posters/etc) = $20/ea
  • Plat Books = $20 Board of Supervisors

General Prints & Copies (8.5×11 & 11×17)

  • Copies of Engineering, Planning, or other County records = $0
  • < 10 copies = $0
  • > 10 copies = $2/page

Lamination
Prices for standard paper sizes (ANSI & ARCH); jumbo prints case-by-case

  • Internal = $0
  • Other Gov’t & Non-Profit = $20
  • All Others = $25

Analysis

  • $60/hr
  • $30/hr for 501(c), special County-related projects, or by prior agreement with Pottawattamie County.

 

* City, County, State, and Federal Government print and copy requests are exempt from these fees. All other individuals, businesses, and 501(c) organizations are subject to these charges unless there is a prior agreement with Pottawattamie County.

Pottawattamie Alert is the countywide emergency notification system serving all residents within Pottawattamie County and its communities.

Part of the Alert Iowa System, Pottawattamie Alert is a high-speed notification and weather warning service. This no-charge service is available to businesses and residents of Pottawattamie County and its Communities that allows public officials to warn citizens of pending emergencies, critical public information during disasters, recommended protective actions, and provides automated severe weather warnings tailored to your preferences. The system can also be used to provide other important information to communities.
