**2025 Boat Renewals**
All Boats in the State of Iowa are up for renewal in 2025. Pottawattamie County Boat Owners should be receiving a reminder postcard in the mail in early January. Renewals are due by April 30th, 2025.

The Recorder is the home for all real estate transactions from the 1850s to present day. Military discharges, certified copies of birth, death, and marriage records are available in the Recorder's Office. Applications for marriage licenses and passports can also be found here. The Recorder's Office assists the Iowa DNR by registering boats, jet skis, 4-wheelers (ATV), side-by-sides (ORV), snowmobiles, dirt bikes (ORM). Additionally, the Recorder's Office issues all Iowa DNR resident and non-resident hunting and fishing licenses, deer tags, turkey tags, and other tags.
