Update Your Tetanus Vaccination

If you have not received a vaccination for Tetanus in 10 years, get a booster!  Make an appointment at your local pharmacy, Dr. Office, or Public Health.

To find out your vaccination status:

1. Contact your healthcare provider
2. Submit a request to the Iowa Public Health Immunization Program with the Immunization and Health Screening Record Request form.
