Recorder Passports

You must submit one of the following evidence of U.S. Citizenship:

• U.S. State Certified Birth Certificate
• Fully-valid, undamaged U.S. passport (may be expired)
• Certificate of Naturalization

Submit one of these acceptable forms of identification documents (IDs):

• Valid or expired, undamaged U.S. passport book or passport card.
• Fully Valid Driver’s License.

Fees

• Passport Book application fee : $130.00 Check or money order is required
• Passport Card application fee:  $30.00 Check or money order is required
• Expedited service costs an additional $60.00 for application fee
• Execution (Acceptance) Fee:  $35.00 cash/card/check.

Please note:  The application fee and the execution fee are paid separately

If you have an appointment time is built in to take a photo if needed.
